I asked this question before on mobile homes, trailers, permanent seats on a camp in South Carolina. I have a lot of research here, and many of my comments were negative about a bank or financial institution considering a second mortgage or a loan to one of these so-called supporters to purchase on site. I also have a negative impact on the residual value of these structures. Who knows, or how a reputable lender in South Carolina to find?
