I want my first, with the same lender refinance cash out of the two other mortgage lenders money to pay other loans. Total amount to borrow is $ 330,000.00. How much should the lender do this? Talk to the lender. My refi'd to zero. z2008, as previously written, if you come to the same lender you already have an account with them - they usually do not include closing costs.
